The Foundations weekend gives you the skills to get going and start using EFT.  The Practitioner weekend builds on that teaching and experience to offer you new ways of working and brings the basic bulding blocks together so you can approach more complex issues. 

In this second weekend you learn how to be gentle with EFT, more ways to approach trauma, how to work over the phone, how to find the emotional issues underlying physical symptoms and how to help children and animals.

Level Three is the expert level of EFT learning and is for those who have already studied and practiced the skills and techniques taught in Levels One and Two. 

Gwyneth has designed this weekend to develop your creativity and intuition in working with EFT so that a more relaxed, conversational and natural style can emerge.  The first day is full of exercises and demonstrations which do just that and the second day applies that teaching to more challenging cases of trauma and physical symptoms. 

Gwyneth teaches you her own innovations such as EFT Imagineering and the Blue Box techniques and helps you to become an EFT Innovator yourself.   The Level Three workshop is followed by an ongoing programme of professional development and mentoring which leads to the award of the Level Three certificate.  Follow this link for more about EFT Level Three

Though AAMET Level One and Two are taught by all AAMET trainers to the same guideline content, at Level Three each trainer prepares their own materials.  This means you can learn more and build further skill by repeating Level Three with a different trainer.
