The end of January saw the first gathering of the tapping tribes of the British Isles with a few intrepid tappers joining us from France, Monaco and Norway. By EFTers for EFTers this was a weekendl in Ilkley of tapping, sharing, learning and networking with an inspiring and varied range of presentations from twenty EFT Practitioners and Trainers. The presentations were excellent ranging from Relationship Mediation, to a helpful Emotional Scale, how to run Weight Loss Groups, Using Intuition, Lifting Depression and much more. All the presenter's handouts have been uploaded to the website for you to download and find out more about their work. Link to Downloads Next year we will be gathering again, the last weekend in January at The Craiglands in Ilkley. Requests for proposals to present will go out towards the end of the year.
Rue Hass EFT Master is the wise woman of EFT. Rue is sensitive, intuitive, warm and very funny! She returns to the UK (Rue was director of training at Findhorn for many years) for this workshop in Ilkley of personal growth, transformation and healing that we call Spiritual Freedom Techniques. People who have done a lot of EFT can glibly let these words roll off our tongues without a second thought, and go right on to the next "Even though..." statement. But as a practitioner, if I am paying attention, often I find there is a kind of hesitation when someone says these words. It seems like a sort of dullness comes over them, and they are speaking mechanically without inhabiting the words. Why is it easier to get emotionally involved in describing our problems in the "Even though" statement of the problem, while our attention seems to kind of drift off when we are stating our acceptance for ourselves? Science, Love and EFT - 30/31 May
The Genie in Your Genes by Dawson Church PhD is the breakthrough book that follows on from Bruce Lipton's The Biology of Belief in bringing insights from the frontiers of biology, physiology and neurology to constitute a new Science of Intention and understanding of human emotion. Most of us using EFT know "how to do" it but are at a loss to explain "how it works." Dawson Church has not only come several steps closer to answering that question he has initiated research studies into the effectiveness of EFT and will present the results in this workshop. A brilliant and highly motivating speaker, Dawson has the ability to make complex science understandable and meaningful for all of us. He has presented at many international conferences to great acclaim.

Tapping Tale - Too Old to Dance???
Here is a delightful tapping tale from Elham Kashefi in which she shows us the importance of testing - because it is only in doing the test, with a future movie technique that her friend's true fear is unearthed.
"I think one of the things I learnt that day was that it doesn’t matter where you are or what’s going on around you – you don’t have to be sitting in a quiet room with crystals and candles for EFT to work! It works anywhere anytime anyhow. All you need is to listen to the person in front of you and support them to find their own truth. Then it’s the tapping that does the work.
