The EFT Gathering
There is always a magical, uplifting atmosphere of enthusiasm and a strong sense of community spirit whenever tappers get together. And that is just what we need to brighten the dark days of January. This first 2009 EFT Gathering will hopefully be the first of many. Please pass this page link onto other EFTers.

The Venue
The Craiglands Hotel, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, was the 2007 International EFT Masterclass venue. Craiglands is a fitting choice for our EFT Gathering having been built by a doctor in the 1850s as a hydrotherapy spa and centre for healing (no its not named after Gary Craig). Now a sought after wedding and conference venue the building provides us with a peaceful location, good food and beautiful views of Wharfedale and the famous Ilkley moor. The price for the weekend includes refreshments and a hot buffet lunch with vegetarian choice.
Craiglands is a short walk from Ilkley railway station, 10 miles from Leeds Bradford airport and has plenty of parking. There are also many B&Bs, Farms and Inns locally, see the Where to Stay and How to Get There pages for venue and travel information. The yahoo group EFT-Gathering has been set up for you to contact each other and make travel sharing arrangements.
Salsalicious Saturday Night Salsa Party
Salsa Como Loco bring the rhythms of Cuba to Craiglands on Saturday night: a ray of caribbean sunshine to brighten the Yorkshire winter.
Click on this link to hear Salsa Como Loco The band are local musicians who have played together for years and share an overpowering love of, and desire to play, Cuban style Salsa dance music. "Our main reason for playing is to get people dancing and no we don't care how you move so long as you do" You don't have to dance you can just sit there and tap (your feet).
Vibrant live music, sangria, hot Tapas buffet and salsa dance instruction all for £18.95 The evening is open to all, you don't have to be attending The EFT Gathering and you can bring family, friends or strangers you meet on the train.
